Senior Exercise

Senior Exercise is designed for seniors of all ages to come enjoy some fun, low impact exercise.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 10-11 a.m.

Interested in Water Exercise classes?
Water exercise is an excellent form of fitness to increase metabolism, improve cardiovascular health, increase strength, slow down age-related loss of muscle mass, and the increase of reaction time.
​*Water aerobics is a seasonal fitness option offered only during the months Willard Aquatic Center is open.

Senior Luncheon

The Senior Luncheon is a great opportunity for community, visiting, games, and great home cooked food!

Cost: FREE
When:  Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.
Location: Willard Community Center, 222 W Jackson St

The Willard Senior Luncheon is every Wednesday from 11:15-1:30 pm. This luncheon has a small charge depending on the day's menu items. After lunch, stick around and visit or play board and card games!
