Interested in Water Exercise classes?
Water exercise is an excellent form of fitness to increase metabolism, improve cardiovascular health, increase strength, slow down age-related loss of muscle mass, and the increase of reaction time.
*Water aerobics is a seasonal fitness option offered only during the months Willard Aquatic Center is open.
