My name is Joe, and I’m a dedicated maintenance professional with a strong background in leadership, operations, and hands-on problem solving. I currently work in Parks and Recreation, where I take pride in keeping our facilities, grounds, and equipment safe, functional, and well maintained so our community can enjoy them every day.

I bring a strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-first mindset to everything I do. I believe in doing the job right the first time, being proactive, and finding practical ways to solve problems. I’m comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and I’m not afraid to jump in and help wherever I’m needed. My hands-on skills include maintenance and repairs, construction, plumbing, mechanical troubleshooting, equipment care, and general problem solving.

Outside of work, my family is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, working on projects around the house, being outdoors, and simply making memories together. I also enjoy fixing things and learning new skills, but family time is about being present with the people I love and enjoying life together.

I take pride in treating people with respect, being reliable, and being someone others can count on. Whether it’s maintaining a facility, solving a mechanical or plumbing issue, helping with a construction project, or supporting my team, I’m committed to keeping things running smoothly and making a positive difference in my workplace and community.
